Baked Potato Fans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 to 3 tsp. chopped fresh dill
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices, cutting to but not through bottom.
    Place in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Drizzle with melted margarine and dill.
    (You can use different herbs to your taste.)
    Bake for 50 minutes or until tender.
    Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 4.
