Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    5 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    10-inch unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Beat in flour and cornmeal.
    Add eggs, milk, vanilla, juice and rind.
    Combine well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
