Roasted Halibut With Woodland Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Melted butter
    1/2 lb. boneless halibut for each serving
    Dijon-style mustard
    Bread crumbs
    Chopped parsley
    Salt and pepper
    Assorted mushrooms, sauteed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    On top of the stove, melt the butter in a baking dish.
    Dip the fish into the butter to coat it on both sides.
    Spread top and bottom of the fish with mustard.
    Dredge both sides of fish in bread crumbs combined with chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake the fish at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until white all the way through.
