Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large bag sauerkraut or 1 large can, chopped finely
    2 lb. bulk sausage, browned, drained and broken up good
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Roll into balls.
    Place on cookie sheet; chill 2 more hours.
    Dip balls into 2 eggs and 1/4 cup milk, mixed.
    Roll balls in bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then deep fry.
