Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 lb. sausage
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs or use Egg Beaters
1/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Brown hash browns and sausage.
In 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, spread crescent rolls.
Put sausage over crescent roll dough.
Next put hash browns over sausage.
Sprinkle cheese over hash browns. Beat eggs with milk.
Pour over top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
