Almond Butter Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
1/2 c. butter, divided
2 Tbsp. pimiento, drained and finely chopped
2 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute the almonds slowly in 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown. Cool.
Cream the remaining butter and the almonds, pimiento, parsley, lemon juice and salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Serve with fried or broiled seafood.
