Egg Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice (warm or cold)
    2 to 3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    minced green onions
    1/4 c. vegetable oil or use bacon grease
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put rice in large bowl.
    Break eggs onto rice and add next 2 ingredients and 1 tablespoon minced onion.
    Mix thoroughly with spoon, breaking up lumps.
    Heat oil over medium heat.
    Add rice mixture and stir over heat 8 to 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with green onions.
