Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Put vegetables in a saucepan with 1 cup of water.
    Cook until tender.
    Drain.
    Add soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, water chestnuts and 1/2 can French fried onion rings. Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; add remaining cheese and onion.
    Cook 5 more minutes.
