Chinese Chews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
3/4 c. coconut
Preparation
-
Cream margarine and both sugars; add eggs, then the rest of ingredients.
Bake in cake pan 9 x 13-inch at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
These should not be overbaked or they will not be moist.
