Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. cream or milk
baked pie crust
fresh strawberries
3 c. strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Mash berries with sugar
and let stand 30 minutes.
Mix with cornstarch and cook
until\tthick
and
clear.
Pour over berries and refrigerate.
Garnish with whipped cream.
