Carrots In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 carrots
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. minced chives
Preparation

Peel and cut carrots in half lengthwise.
Place in heavy saucepan with water, lemon juice, salt and butter.
Cover and simmer until tender.
Blend cornstarch, orange juice and honey. Drain fluid from carrots and add orange juice mixture to the liquid and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Pour over carrots and sprinkle with chives.
