1 to 2 c. carrots, shredded
8 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 medium green pepper
1 medium onion
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. hot water
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
