Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 c. margarine
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Into medium bowl sift flour, sugar and salt and add coffee. Cut in margarine until size of pea.
Press dough together.
Shape into small balls.
Roll in chopped walnuts and place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 20 minutes until lightly browned in 350\u00b0 oven.
