100 Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 cups flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup light brown sugar
    1 cup butter or margarine
    1 cup vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup Rice Krispies
    3/4 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup quick-cooking oats
    1 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar.
    In separate bowl mix white sugar, brown sugar, oil, butter/margarine, eggs and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture and mix well.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 9 - 15 minutes until light brown.
