Microwave Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Prepare graham cracker crust by combining crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine.
Press into 9-inch glass pie plate; set aside.
In glass bowl, melt the cream cheese on High in microwave for approximately 1 1/2 minutes.
Mix together the egg, 1/3 cup sugar and lemon juice.
Blend egg mixture into cream cheese.
Pour over crust.
Bake on High 1 minute; rotate plate and continue baking 1 more minute.
Cool 1 hour and serve.
