Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. tub margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. enriched, all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream margarine, sugar and honey.
    Add egg substitute and beat 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in bananas and lemon juice.
    Blend in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in walnuts and pour into an oiled 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 75 minutes.
