Southern Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. country pork ribs
    cayenne pepper
    salt
    black pepper
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    3/4 c. white wine
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Sprinkle cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper on ribs.
    Put barbecue sauce, wine and garlic over ribs and cover.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
