Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk, sugar and shortening.
    Add flour sifted with salt and baking powder.
    Spread in 8 x 12-inch pan and sprinkle with topping.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
