Young Chow'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 scrambled egg
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. cooking wine
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

First, place 3 tablespoons of oil in a small amount of wok along with a fresh onion.
Then, add diced ham, chicken or shrimp. Mix together; stir until evenly hot.
Add other desired vegetables like carrots, celery or green peppers.
