Sweet And Sour Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 lb. beef brisket, well trimmed
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
2 onions, sliced
4 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Rub brisket with salt and pepper.
Put brisket in roasting pan.
Mix sugar, vinegar and catsup and pour over brisket.
Place onion slices on top and cover roaster with foil.
Place in a 325\u00b0 oven.
Cook for 2 hours or until it begins to feel tender.
Let cool.
Place in refrigerator in sauce and let it sit for 7 to 10 days. Turn over in sauce every day or two.
