Apple Nut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. diced raw apples
Preparation
    Beat eggs fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating thoroughly after each addition. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Add vanilla, nuts and apples.
    Mix well and pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
