Baked Brie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 wheel Brie
    1 pkg. phyllo dough frozen sheets
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    sugar (to sprinkle on top)
    2 egg yolks (for wash)
    pinch of nutmeg (optional)
    chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Roll out two sheets of phyllo dough.
    Place Brie on top. Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts on top of Brie. Fold pastry over Brie.
    (Use excess pastry to decorate top.)
