Pecan Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 3/4 c. plain flour
2 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box 4x powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar well.
Add flavor, then flour.
Mixture will become stiff.
Add nuts.
May have to mix with spoon if too thick.
Roll dough into finger size logs.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 1 hour at 225\u00b0.
When done, let cool.
Roll each log in 4x sugar.
Makes 2 to 3 dozen depending on log size.
