Pineapple Delight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. orange jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
1/3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Bring to boil juice of 8 ounce can crushed pineapple.
Fill to 1 cup with water.
Add to liquid:
orange jello and cream cheese. Beat while hot; set aside for short time.
Add pineapple, Cool Whip and carrots.
Chill until set.
Serves 8 to 10.
