Eggs Delicious - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. milk
    6 medium eggs
    1 c. diced, precooked ham
    1 large ripe tomato, cut into wedges
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy in large mixing bowl.
    Slowly beat in milk until well blended.
    Beat in eggs.
    Stir in ham, tomato, salt and pepper.
    Place butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Heat on Full power for 30 to 60 seconds or until melted.
    Add egg mixture.
    Cook on Full power for 8 to 10 1/2 minutes or until eggs are set, yet still moist.
    Stir 2 or 3 times during cooking time.
    Makes 4 servings.
