Easy Granola Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
    1 1/2 c. wheat germs
    1 c. shredded coconut
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/2 butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins and/or chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix oats, wheat germ, coconut, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add maple syrup and mix well. Stir together melted butter and vanilla and mix in the mixture. Turn into a large shallow pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Cool. Add raisins and/or nuts. Store in airtight container.
