Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes, boil until tender and mash
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs, margarine, salt and vanilla.
    Mix together well and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
