Kathy'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease round layer pan or square pan. Blend all ingredients, beating vigorously 1/2 minute.
Spread in pan.
