Curry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken wings or legs
    1 pkg. carrots, diced
    2 lb. potatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    curry powder
    2 pods garlic, diced
    salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute chicken in 4 tablespoons of oil with onion and garlic. Sprinkle curry powder on chicken and add 4 cups water, salt, pepper and soy sauce; bring to a boil.
    Add diced carrots and potatoes.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add cornstarch to 1/2 cup water, then to chicken and thicken.
    Serves 8 to 10.
