Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can water
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/3 c. 3 Minute rice
Preparation
    Boil first 9 ingredients to a rolling boil.
    Add rice.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Cover 5 minutes.
    Flake with a fork.
    Serve hot.
