Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (not cubed)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well. Mix all ingredients and chill. Roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze on tray and store in container or freezer bag. When needed, thaw and bake 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until lightly brown.
