Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vinegar
2 eggs
1 (1 oz.) red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake 25 minutes in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0.
