Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, green peppers, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well to blend.
Shape mixture in 24 meatballs about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
Place in slow cooking pot.
Pour soup over meatballs.
Cover and slow cook, 7 to 8 hours.
