Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 c. white wine
Preparation

Cut up chicken into cubes; flour and brown in oil and butter. Drain chicken and set aside.
Mix mustard, wine and 2 tablespoons flour; shake well in small, covered container.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, covered. Serve over pasta.
