Oven-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large unpeeled baking potatoes
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut each potato into eight (8) wedges; arrange peel-side down, in shallow baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
Baste occasionally.
Makes eight servings.
