Lisa'S 4-H Club Pineapple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream Crisco.
Add sugars; cream.
Add beaten egg.
Add baking powder, salt and soda to flour.
Sift three sugar mixture.
Add drained pineapple.
Add vanilla.
Spoon onto cookie sheet; bake for 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
