Biscuits And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sage-flavored bulk pork sausage
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. flour
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Crumble sausage into large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat. Add onion and cook until transparent.
Drain all, but 2 tablespoons, of drippings.
Stir in flour.
Cook over medium heat until it bubbles and turns golden brown.
Stir in milk.
Add seasonings and cook, stirring, until thickened.
To serve, spoon over hot biscuits.
Serves 4 to 6.
