Cheese And Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic or garlic salt (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    2 medium onions, chopped and sauteed
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (may use 8 oz.)
    1 or 2 cartons sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef; pour off excess fat.
    Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Combine onions with cream cheese and sour cream. Grease baking dish.
    Layer noodles, sour cream mixture and meat sauce.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
