Sugar-Free Fruit Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mashed bananas
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 Tbsp. softened butter
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. nuts (your choice)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat bananas, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and butter until very creamy.
    Add flour, baking powder and nutmeg.
    Beat.
    Fold in nuts and raisins.
    Drop onto greased cookie sheet by teaspoon.
    Press with fork 1 way, then opposite way to get checker pattern.
    Wet fork if necessary.
    Bake 5 to 8 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
