Orange Rice Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. long grain rice
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. onion, chopped
2 tsp. orange peel, grated
2 tsp. thyme leaves, dried
1 tsp. marjoram leaves, dried
2 tsp. sage
1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
-
In large saucepan, bring water and salt to boiling.
Gradually stir in rice.
Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes, or until rice is tender.
