Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 3/4 to 2 c. sugar
4 c. cranberries (16 oz.)
Preparation

In large saucepan, combine water and sugar.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar is completely dissolved. Continue boiling
rapidly
for
5
minutes.
Add cranberries; return to boiling.
Cook,
uncovered,
over
high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until skins pop off the berries.
Remove from heat and serve.
