Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. spareribs
3 onions
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut ribs into pieces.
Cut slices of onions and place over ribs.
Mix all ingredients listed and pour over ribs.
Bake 30 minutes at 450\u00b0, then lower to 350\u00b0 until nearly done.
If you have covered them, remove cover and brown.
I often use foil over the pan for about an hour, then remove.
I use this for barbecuing pork chops also.
