Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 lb. can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    2/3 c. nuts
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    In large bowl cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, pumpkin and water.
    Blend together sifted dry ingredients.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into two 9 x 5 x 2-inch greased loaf pans.
    Bake 65 to 75 minutes in 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
