Veal Scaloppine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. veal steaks or veal cubes
    5 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 peppers, sliced
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/4 c. olive oil
    oregano
    parsley
    basil
Preparation
    Pound veal between plastic wrap.
    Saute garlic and veal; set aside.
    Saute peppers and add to veal and garlic.
    Add tomatoes, dash of oregano, parsley and basil.
    Cook on low flame 1 hour, until tender.
