Sherried Seafood - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can king crab meat
    1 can pimento, cut into strips
    1/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet; saute onion until tender.
    Add mushrooms; saute about 2 minutes longer.
    Add flour and salt; stir with wooden spoon until mixture has bubbled, about 1 minute. Slowly add milk, stirring with a wooden spoon.
    Simmer until thickened.
    Add shrimp, crab meat, pimento and sherry.
    Serve over rice, toast points or patty shells.
    Serves 6 to 8.
