Herbed Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. small potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water to cover for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Cut potatoes into cubes and place in a large bowl.
    Add celery and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
    Cover and chill.
    Yield: 6 servings.
