Canadian Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0; put rack in middle of oven.
Dark pans may require slightly lower temperature or shorter baking time than shiny pans.
Grease muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl.
