Baked Pork Chops With Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 center cut pork chops
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown chops quickly in hot skillet; place in 2-quart casserole.
    Saute onion in margarine and pan drippings until brown.
    Stir in flour, blending well.
    Add milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Pour over chops.
    Bake covered at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours or until tender, stirring twice.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
