Caramel Dip For Apples - cooking recipe

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 jar caramel topping
Preparation

Combine the cream cheese and brown sugar.
Form into a ball; chill.
Pour caramel topping over cream cheese.
Slice apple wedges into lemon juice and water to avoid browning.
Drain apples on paper towels.
Place on serving plate around cheese ball that has been topped with caramel.
