Flaky Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose bleached flour
1 t. salt
2/3 c. shortening
5 to 6 T. cold water

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sift flour with salt.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles fine meal.
Sprinkle with warer, a tablespoon at a time mixing lightly with fork until all the flour is moistened.
